Event: Wedding

1. Package Selection

2. Payment Terms

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure the date.

• Remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the wedding date.

• A separate invoice will be provided with all payment details.

• No services will be provided without full payment.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If the Client cancels, the deposit is retained.

• If the wedding is rescheduled and the Photographer is available, the deposit will be transferred to the new date.

4. Image Sharing & Portfolio

The Client agrees that the Photographer may use a selection of images from the wedding for portfolio, website, and social media promotion, unless the Client requests otherwise.

5. Delivery

• The personalised online gallery will be supplied within 3 weeks of the wedding date.

• Fully retouched photos will be supplied after the Client makes a final selection and notifies the Photographer. Once the final selection is provided, the fully retouched photos will be delivered within 1–3 weeks.

6. Limitation of Liability

• If the Photographer cannot attend due to illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to arrange a suitable replacement or refund all monies paid, including the deposit.

• The Photographer is not responsible for limited coverage due to venue restrictions, weather, or guest interference

By typing my name below and submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Wedding Photography Contract. This digital signature is legally binding.
